This is for UK and Danish users ONLY
On Monday, February 20 at 21:00 UK, and 22:00 DK time FireServiceRota will be offline due to maintenance. (Was originally February 21 at 02:00. Primary alerting customers requested this be moved to the evening so they can monitor).
Maintenance will likely take less than 5 minutes, but almost certainly less than 15 minutes.
All systems will be offline during this period: scheduling, attendance confirmation, alerting via the app, dashboards, etc.
During the maintenance, our infrastructure will be moved from London to Frankfurt, made robust against data center outages, and several servers will be scaled up for better performance.
